EducArte en español offers authentic Spanish immersion preschool classes taught by certified, experienced and native Spanish educators.

EducArte en español is the first Spanish immersion program for children aged 2 to 5, in the Reston- Herndon area.

In an all Spanish preschool program like EducArte en español , your child will effortlessly learn (or reinforce) Spanish at the same time he/she is acquiring all the cognitive, language, emotional and physical skills that correspond to his/her developmental stage.

Our program is based on these basic premises:

Children learn, develop and thrive when immersed in an emotionally nurturing environment.
Children construct their own learning
Play is a fundamental learning tool.
Children who start learning a second language in their preschool years benefit cognitively, culturally and socially.

Classes will start its Winter-Spring semester in January 2010 and will finish in June.

CLASSES OFFERED:

Monday to Friday

1-Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, 4-Day, and 5-Day program in two different sessions:

AM Session: 9:30 am -12:30 am

PM Session: 12:45 pm - 3:30 pm

The class groups will be formed according to age groups and depending on how many days of the week the children attend the program.

We will be offering classes for children who by January 2010 are:

2 to 3 years of age

3 to 4 years of age

4 years and +

There will be one teacher per group of 6 children and there will not be more than 12 children in each group.

We accept children who are not yet potty trained and will help and support parents and children who are in such process.

BEFORE AND AFTER CARE:

Our classes will take place in the same facility that the Family home daycare
